Introduction To Scenarios

The Scenarios screen provides full access to all Fusion scenarios, with flexible search, filtering, and navigation. You can switch between views optimized for each role, showing the most relevant data for their day-to-day work:

  1. Business Executive – clean, high-level summaries with a focus on value and automation requests.

  2. Workfront Administrator – scenario views enhanced with object tracking and cross-scenario visibility.

  3. Fusion Developer – full technical access, including code comparison, backups, and version control.

Scenarios

Folder Selection from Fusion

You can switch between Fusion defined scenario folders directly within the FCOE app. The folder list is synced from Adobe Fusion.

Search Across Scenario Fields

A quick search bar helps locate scenarios by scenario name, Workfront ID, Custom Field name, keywords, or other values.

Advanced Filters

Filter scenarios by multiple fields, including:

  • Scenario name

  • Tags

  • Number of modules

  • Applications used

  • Capabilities

  • Run schedule and total executions

  • Last run or Last modified date

  • Last modified by

  • Whether the scenario has notifications enabled

Active / Inactive Scenario Filter

Simple toggle to display only active, inactive, or all scenarios.

Open In Fusion

You can open each scenario directly in Adobe Fusion in one of two ways:

  • Click the link icon next to the scenario name in the grid

  • Or open the More Actions menu (three dots on the right) and select “Open Scenario”

This opens the selected scenario in a new browser tab within the Fusion platform, allowing you to view or edit it immediately.

This feature is available only in the Fusion Developer view.

Scenario Comparison Tool

Compare scenario blueprint code or event subscriptions between two versions. It is ideal for change tracking and debugging. Likewise, this feature is available only in the Fusion Developer view

Download Blueprint

Download a full blueprint file for the selected scenario with one click. This allows you to back up the scenario or reuse it in another environment. This feature is available only in the Fusion Developer view.

Scenario Version Control

Track changes to a scenario over time using version history. Each version includes a timestamp and information about the last modification. This feature is available only in the Fusion Developer view.

Scenario Portrait

Click the scenario title in the grid to open its Scenario Portrait. You can:

  • View key attributes (tags, folder, creation and modification data)

  • See a scenario flow screenshot

  • Add your notes and attach relevant documentation

  • Export all details to a PDF or DOC file

Workfront Objects View

Use this view to identify scenarios that reference specific Workfront IDs or Custom Fields. You can filter the list to show only relevant scenarios, search by ID or field name, and open related modules directly in Fusion.
