KPI Builder

Use the KPI Builder to define and manage the KPI metrics your organization tracks through Fusion scenarios.

KPI Builder lets you define measurable business outcomes and make them available for scenario-level reporting.

The KPI Builder consists of two views:

• KPI Type — categorize KPI metrics by business domain, team, or reporting context

• KPI Metric — define the individual metrics, including name, UID, and value mapping

KPI Type View

Use this view to manage categories for your KPI metrics.

You can:

• Create, rename, or delete a KPI Type

• Set a color and icon for each type

• Assign existing KPI metrics to a type for better organization

KPI Metric View

Use this view to define and manage individual KPI metrics.

You can:

• Create, edit, or delete a KPI metric

• Customize the metric with a color and icon

• Assign the metric to one of the existing KPI Types
