Introduction to Presentation View

Use the Presentation screen to explore scenarios in a visual, tile-based format. This view helps you group, browse, and present scenarios using structured tags. It is designed for reporting and stakeholder presentations, with a clean and organized layout.

View of Scenario Tiles

View each scenario as a separate tile. Each tile displays the scenario title, assigned tags, and icons representing the modules used in the scenario.

Use the action bar at the bottom of each tile to quickly access key scenario views, such as:

• Executive Summary

• Technical Steps

• Process Diagram

• Tags

Scenario Tag Manager

Create, edit, and assign tags to scenarios. Use tags to group scenarios by business area, team, or use case.

Group by Tags

Group scenario tiles by assigned tags to organize them by business area, team, or use case. This helps you visually separate related scenarios within the tile layout.

Detailed Scenario View

Click any tile to open a detailed view of the selected scenario.

On a single screen, you can:

• Read the executive summary

• See the list of used applications and scenario status

• Review key execution metrics (success rate, data transfer, duration, etc.)

• View the scenario screenshot showing the module sequence

• Check value-related data, such as hours saved and automation value

• Access the Scenario Portrait for full technical details
