Scenario KPIs

Introduction to Scenario KPIs

Use the Scenario KPIs page to measure and track any tangible, valuable business outcomes generated by your Fusion scenarios.

You can measure what each scenario delivers — for example, number of invoices sent, documents uploaded, or clients notified — and assign money value to those items.

This complements value-based automation savings with outcome-based performance metrics.

To display KPI data, you must first configure KPI metrics and update the scenario flow in Fusion to enable their reporting.

Table View of KPI Metrics

View a list of scenarios that report KPI metrics.

For each scenario, the table displays:

  • KPI type

  • KPI metric name

  • Quantity (number of recorded business results)

  • Amount (summed value, if defined)

Available Controls:

  • View toggle: switch between Value Metrics and Scenario KPIs

  • Search bar: search by scenario name or metric

  • Status filter (All / Active / Inactive): filter scenarios by their current activation state

  • Date picker: select the time range for displaying KPI data

  • Folder picker: filter scenarios by their Fusion folder
